About the position

The Program Manager II at Cascadia Health's Riverside Living Enhanced Care Facility (ECF) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, providing leadership and support to a dedicated team of professionals. This role focuses on developing mental health treatment plans, implementing evidence-based practices, and supporting residents with complex needs through a trauma-informed approach. The position offers opportunities for inter-agency collaborations and influences program development while directly supporting residents in their journey towards greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of clinical and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Oversee program operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement mental health and behavioral support plans.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and cost management.
• Provide direct therapeutic support, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, and case management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or three years relevant direct support work experience.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in mental health services.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) eligibility.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
