About the position

As a Program Manager II in Infrastructure Capacity Planning at Google Cloud, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that ensure the right amount of data center capacity is available to meet the needs of various product areas. Responsibilities

• Plan requirements with internal customers and manage projects through the entire project life-cycle.
• Identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
• Ensure Google has the right amount of data center capacity to meet product area needs.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels to define project requirements for new processes and software systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive decision making and plan for scalable growth.
• Provide leadership across functional teams and lead projects to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain including supply planning, demand planning, capacity planning, or operations planning.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with analytics such as scenario modeling or long-range planning.
• Experience in capacity planning, inventory optimization, or infrastructure planning.
