About the position

As a Program Manager II at Cascadia Health's Riverside Living Enhanced Care Facility (ECF), you will play a pivotal role in fostering hope and improving lives through trauma-informed, integrated care for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. This position is located in Wood Village, within the Portland Metro area, and typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility required to meet program needs. You will oversee the daily operations of the ECF, providing leadership and support to a dedicated team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include developing mental health treatment plans, implementing evidence-based practices, and supporting residents with complex needs through a trauma-informed approach. You will also have the opportunity to lead inter-agency collaborations, influence program development, and directly support residents in their journey towards greater independence. Cascadia's Enhanced Care Facilities provide specialized mental health treatment services for residents with complex medical and behavioral needs. The mental health team is on-site for 10 hours daily, with leadership providing crisis support around the clock. The ECFs offer a rewarding environment where therapeutic support, leisure, and community engagement are prioritized. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of clinical and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science field.
  • Eligibility as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • 5 years of clinical experience in mental health services.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
