About the position

As a Program Manager II in Supply Chain Logistics at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on enhancing the efficiency of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) supply chain. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project schedules, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across teams. Your efforts will contribute to maximizing supply for spares and improving operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMA processes from data center back to Supplier and then return back into inventory.
• Define and drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and traceability of all RMA units throughout each supply chain node.
• Develop and implement RMA processes that scale to support the volume growth, new technologies/components, and with the different commodities suppliers.
• Contribute to developing both short-term and long-term systems and tools that enable RMA operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working in supply chain operations and logistics.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with experience in Reverse Supply Chain/Reverse Logistics.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPI's, and diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
