About the position

As a Program Manager III in Global Sales and Operations Planning for Cloud Supply Chain at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that span various teams and locations. Your role will involve coordinating stakeholders, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring clear communication across the organization. You will contribute to the development and expansion of Google's server floor operations and data center materials, focusing on strategies for technology and staffing as the Cloud continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
  • Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship resulting in measurable efficiency and utilization gains.
  • Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on business impact for the organization.
  • Build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations Planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Demand/Supply Planning, forecasting, and ERP Systems.
  • Experience with Data Center Operations.
  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution, in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
