As a Program Manager at Google, you will be at the forefront of leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to meticulously plan project requirements, manage schedules, identify potential risks, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners across the organization. Given the global nature of Google's operations, your projects will often span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate diverse teams and keep them informed about progress and deadlines. You will be part of the memory qualification team supporting Technical Infrastructure (TI), where you will engage in commodity management activities that include managing the memory supply chain, supplier selection, and negotiating business, technical, and legal terms. Your responsibilities will also encompass direct management of cost, quality, and supply, ensuring that the memory team collaborates effectively with TI Engineering and other supply chain functions to meet its objectives. In this role, you will manage all revision qualifications for memory components and modules, working closely with Technical Infrastructure Engineering to define and maintain a roadmap. You will oversee the logistics of building and shipping modules to various locations for qualifications, ensuring timely delivery of parts and modules to adhere to qualification schedules. Additionally, you will work with the PDM team to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed promptly once qualifications are finalized and parts are ready for production. Your efforts will contribute to the seamless operation of Google's Technical Infrastructure, which is essential for maintaining the performance and reliability of Google's product portfolio.
