About The Position

The Program Manager III for Retail Store Design at Google is responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional projects related to the design and implementation of retail environments. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working with retail store design implementation.

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing and driving design and fixture manufacturing timelines.
  • Experience in a combination of design studio operations, project management, and production.
  • Experience working in a global environment on high visibility projects with budgets and brand or commercial impact.
  • Experience with retail environments and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-faceted cross-functional projects including design schedule management, budget management, and project communications.
  • Ensure timelines and budgets for all projects are adhered to.
  • Identify opportunities for design, research, or construction, and communicate impact to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Provide project planning and process management, leveraging process standards and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate between all project participants, fostering teamwork and building consensus.
