The Program Manager III - System Events Administrative Support at Sutter Health is responsible for the meticulous planning and implementation of various event programs. Additionally, the position involves collaboration with other departments and external service providers to sustain the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of event programs of varying complexity.
• Ensure effective development and coordination of activities and resources for designated events.
• Utilize project management skills to meet performance objectives, including financial objectives and resource management.
• Monitor program performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Serve as a collaborative liaison with other affiliate departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating/managing live events.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage timelines and due dates.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
