About the position

The Program Manager, Implementation and Sustain-Clinical Innovation at AdventHealth Orlando is responsible for overseeing the implementation and sustainment of clinical pathways designed to improve health outcomes. This role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective education and tracking of key measures, driving clinical transformation methodology, and maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and sustainment of clinical pathways after design and piloting.
• Ensure pathways improve health outcomes through an iterative, evidence-based, and data-driven process.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and diverse populations across the AdventHealth system.
• Manage complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, streamlining, and validating data from disparate sources.
• Develop standardized metrics for clinical pathways and establish goals or benchmarks.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards for clinical pathways.
• Mentor Clinical Transformation staff on clinical workflow processes, compliance, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment utilizing analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years' leadership experience.
