• Manage complex datasets and ensure data integrity for clinical pathways.
• Develop standardized metrics and reports for clinical pathways.
• Mentor Clinical Transformation staff on compliance and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment utilizing analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years' leadership experience.
