About the position

The Program Manager/Industrial Engineer role focuses on creating and implementing a lean six sigma and continuous improvement roadmap across various sites. This position requires engaging with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable results and enhance operational excellence through active participation in performance management and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create a lean six sigma and continuous improvement roadmap for each site.
• Engage cross-functional members at all levels to execute initiatives that drive sustainable results.
• Support proactive performance management and daily monitoring of KPIs through Gemba participation.
• Provide Lean Six Sigma training at various levels including Green Belt, Yellow Belt, and Basic training.
• Drive and deploy Lean Management systems such as Gemba, Kaizen, and TPM to achieve Best in Class Lean Maturity.
• Lead Operational Excellence efforts at the site, including Lean Six Sigma and Industrial Engineering.
• Support commercialization efforts to optimize new and changed products and technologies.
• Provide resources and leadership for key corporate initiatives related to Value Realization and Optimization.
• Support Project Engineering teams in developing strategic investment plans and risk mitigation efforts.
• Participate in the ideation and execution of advanced technologies such as Robotics and Manufacturing Execution systems.
• Share best practices and lessons learned using global communication platforms.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Master's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations at Manager level or above.

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year.
