About the position

The Program Manager for Infrastructure & Change Management at Amazon will lead initiatives within the Rural and Super Rural (RSR) Change Management team, focusing on executing new projects and driving process improvements in the Last Mile business vertical. This role involves managing multiple large-scale projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met while fostering innovation and enhancing customer experience in rural areas.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process, capacity, performance, technology, compliance, and safety-related program objectives.
  • Define business requirements and translate them into project plans.
  • Manage implementation activities across a large group of stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, driving resolution of critical issues.
  • Provide escalation management and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence.
  • Review new change requests from program and operations stakeholders against existing standards.
  • Identify and address customer and business pain points by deep diving into data and operational processes.
  • Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • PMP or PMP certificate.
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics.
  • 3+ years of change management experience.
