The Associate Program Manager, INR is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization. This individual will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of medical education programs including developing program materials, with both internal personnel and key opinion leaders (KOL), interacting with accounting, medical affairs, logistics, and other internal departments. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Associate Program Manager will lead, manage, and support the design and development of all medical education programs across different divisions, including Imaging and Navigation and Robotics. They will develop tools and resources needed to implement best practices for medical education events and maintain strong relationships with KOLs. The role also involves overseeing the execution and success of assigned medical education activities and programs, measuring program effectiveness, and collaborating with various team members and departments to ensure high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the Associate Program Manager will act as a primary point of contact for KOL program faculty members and will be responsible for budget management and reconciliation of program budgets.
