About the position

As a Program Manager within Meta's global Intellectual Property (IP) Operations team, you will be responsible for setting goals and priorities for core operational workflows, measuring the effectiveness of enforcement against intellectual property violations. The role involves developing strategies for program investments to enhance efficiency and improve operational processes while addressing new and emerging risks. You will play a key role in balancing legal obligations with operational excellence, ensuring strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals and execute strategy as a business owner for core operational workflows, measuring effectiveness via metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Build out and strengthen operational processes and systems for efficient IP reporting and innovative risk mitigation.
  • Drive strategies and roadmaps for prioritized operational investments aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities and foresee challenges, predicting roadblocks and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop, lead, and influence solutions to optimize operational processes that reduce IP violations.
  • Negotiate, assess, and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive effective program communications, including root cause analysis and business recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience.
  • Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems.
  • Proven time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to develop and improve operational systems.
  • Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams and inspiring others.
  • Experience resolving conflicts and finding win-win scenarios.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in IP, legal/compliance areas, or trust and safety roles.
  • Data skills and reporting experience with demonstrated skill in using data to communicate impact.
  • Experience resolving issues with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience influencing across functional organizations with varying priorities.
