About The Position
The Program Manager, IT Agile RTE - Infrastructure & Ops is responsible for managing complex IT programs using waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. This role involves financial management, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful execution of programs with budgets of $20M or less. The Program Manager will also coach teams in Agile processes and facilitate the Agile transformation within the organization, while leading a small team of project managers and scrum masters.
