• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, GSuite, and SmartSheet to track progress.
• Articulate financials with stakeholders and manage budgetary requirements for all project activities.
• Maintain direct communication with business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure project accuracy.
• Escalate major roadblocks or risk factors and initiate activities to resolve issues quickly.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing large programs with multiple projects.
• Financial management experience at the program level.
• Proven experience working with external vendors.
• Experience with SAP implementation or integration is a plus.
• Strong experience in a technology-focused project management role.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong people-facing skills and successful track record managing multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GSuite and SmartSheet is preferred but not mandatory.
