About the position

The Program Manager - IT leads and directs project teams focused on the design, implementation, and modification of technology projects. This role is responsible for preparing project execution plans, identifying necessary resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements. The position requires effective communication with various stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple enterprise programs using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project teams engaged in technology projects.
• Prepare project execution plans and identify necessary resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage the Content Management System (CMS) for multiple enterprise programs.
• Mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Work directly with translation products and support offshore engineering teams.
• Implement a follow-the-sun model for project management.
• Act in both support and ownership functions for projects.
• Drive progress and transparency in project execution.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in program management or technology projects.
• In-depth knowledge of technology and experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to create program plans, maps, and timelines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be agile and flexible.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile Sprint planning and retrospectives.
