Responsibilities

• Oversee Meta's privacy review process for new products and features.
• Facilitate discussions between product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for privacy challenges.
• Track product proposals, updates, and key decisions in the privacy review process.
• Communicate privacy decisions and ensure proper implementation across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted).
• 36 months of experience in a compliance or privacy-related role.
• 5+ years of experience in organizing, coordinating, and improving processes for privacy review projects.
• 5+ years of experience in tracking and documenting new product proposals and decisions.
• 5+ years of experience in working with product managers and stakeholders to find creative solutions for privacy-by-design challenges.
• 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional discussions among teams (legal, public policy, product marketing, security, communications).
