The Program Manager Lead (Talent Strategy) will play a crucial role in the Life Company Chief of Staff and Shared Services Team, which is responsible for designing and delivering the Life Company People and Location Strategy. This includes providing learning and development offerings to ensure a skilled workforce, optimizing experiences for front-line employees through effective contact center management, and creating best-in-class employee experiences. In this role, you will oversee the Life Company employee experience program, focusing on long-term strategic workforce planning and shorter-term action planning. You will also be responsible for employee sentiment and talent programs, including intern, military, and early talent initiatives. As a Program Manager Lead, you will manage the execution and delivery of large-scale programs that consist of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the CoSAs strategic imperatives and monitoring program health. You will work to achieve multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall benefits while supporting cross-functional teams in developing and executing change plans according to USAA's change methodology or industry best practices. This position requires a commitment to a flexible work environment, with the expectation of being in the office four days a week, based in San Antonio, TX.
