The lead program manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining impactful programs while ensuring alignment with client goals and managing multiple projects effectively. This position offers an opportunity to influence DoD programs and expand expertise in program management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs for DoD teams.
  • Organize and coordinate program objectives to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth by supporting client missions.
  • Manage multiple projects, adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly.
  • Establish and report on cost, schedule, performance metrics, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps or DevSecOps projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing in accordance with agile program management principles.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD technical programs and program management.
  • 4+ years of experience with managing large-scale contracts.
  • Experience managing project teams with direct responsibility for people development.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • DoD 8570 Certification, including Network+, Security+, or CEH required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • DAWIA PM Level III certification or equivalent project management certification.
