About The Position
The Program Manager, Learning & Development at HealthEdge Software Inc. is responsible for leading the internal HRP consulting training initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness within the HRP consulting services division. This role focuses on the continual optimization of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The manager will also leverage Generative AI to automate training material development and optimize business workflows.
