About the position

The Program Manager - Learning & Development (Senior Associate Program Manager) at Compass is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for internal Transaction Operations staff. This role involves identifying training gaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing new training content to enhance employee performance. The position is high visibility and has the potential to impact a large number of employees within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and implement new end to end training programs for Transaction Operations employees.
• Work across multiple stakeholder teams to identify training gaps and create timely and clear recommendations.
• Track, analyze and report out on key program KPIs and training success metrics.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems and other course authoring tools to design, implement and/or facilitate training including instructor-led virtual training, eLearnings, and instructional content/video.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional programs at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use data to make decisions and influence project outcomes.
• Experience facilitating meetings with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience designing and/or facilitating trainings in a major corporate training environment.
