Responsibilities

• Actively supervise Coordinators of Fraternity and Sorority Life who provide direct advisement to governing councils.
• Serve as a liaison to various university committees to ensure adequate programming and awareness initiatives are in place.
• Design and execute assessment processes for member development programs.
• Develop, manage, and support educational programs related to leadership development, risk management, peer and group accountability, and values congruence programming.
• Coordinate risk reduction education and related trainings for student organization leaders, members, and advisors.
• Lead assessment initiatives and data management for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
• Interpret a wide array of University policies and procedures for student leaders, council executive board members, chapter advisors, alumni, national organization officers, and parents.
