About The Position

The Program Manager for Logistics Services Development at United Airlines is responsible for coordinating, standardizing, and developing training programs for various logistics services organizations. The Program Manager will collaborate with frontline and department management to identify training gaps and implement new strategies to enhance the overall training curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business management, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with training course development and delivery.
• Strong insight and ability to partner across various teams.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Coordinate and standardize the logistics services training program.

• Implement training plans and supervise compliance among logistics services teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects related to training.
• Establish relationships with local leadership to enhance training and usage of work instructions.
