About the position

The Program Manager for Marketing Innovation at Citi is a strategic professional responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving growth in the Cards ECM sector. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. The Program Manager will also provide subject matter expertise and guidance to various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the firm's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure Existing Customer marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Engage in implementing test strategies and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Assess for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/projects/initiatives that drive Cards ECM growth and greater customer engagement.
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute Cards Lending projects & initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise support to cross-functional teams including Lending partners, Marketing, Operations, and Risk.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Attention to detail and advanced project management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive experience working on strategic initiatives and technical implementation for Cards Lending & Sales Growth offers.
  • Detailed knowledge of customer response channels including Digital, Customer Service, Sales/Retention preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing, Credit Cards and/or retail bank/financial services industry experience preferred.
