About the position

The program manager will be responsible for defining and implementing global tools and programs to support the efficient scaling of Marketing and Communications (MarComms) workflows at Netflix. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams to develop technology solutions, driving operational change management, and aligning with global teams and leadership to set the vision for MarComms priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for tooling and workflow improvements on a global scale.
  • Strategize and implement change management plans for the rollout of new products or operational processes.
  • Activate and lead change across complex and matrixed organizations.
  • Coordinate with MarComms and cross-functional teams for effective rollouts of new operational capabilities and technology.
  • Create implementation plans and monitor adoption to identify gaps in workflows.
  • Facilitate communications and drive alignment on MarComms technology programs and roadmap.
  • Identify risks and develop plans to manage or limit setbacks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management, driving large scale cross-functional programs.
  • Knowledge of product development workflow, project management, user acceptance testing, and workflow documentation development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and promote new strategies and workflows.
  • Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects in various stages.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and solve challenges.
