About the position

The Program Manager at MyDefence will lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects focused on counteracting malicious drone usage. This role involves managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute defense programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors and internal teams
• Develop and implement program strategies that align with company goals
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program
• Manage program risks, ensuring compliance with defense regulations
• Provide clear, regular program progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Maintain detailed documentation of all program activities, changes and decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in the defense industry
• Deep understanding of government contracts, procurement processes and defense regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
