About the position

As a Program Manager at Securitas Electronic Security Inc., you will oversee programs for national accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and support for electronic security projects. This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring account profitability, and coordinating efforts across multiple service areas to meet the needs of enterprise customers. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of complex system integration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall service and implementation account performance for assigned National/Key accounts.
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations to ensure continued business.
  • Achieve account profitability goals through effective management and support.
  • Assist Installation Managers and Directors in customer service relationship management.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with Program teams to discuss performance and project updates.
  • Interface with management in Sales, Service, and Headquarters Field Support to align on account strategies.
  • Assign workload and plan resource requirements for future opportunities identified by Account teams.
  • Directly contact and interface with customers as needed to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Influence process excellence teams to enhance delivery processes and meet business needs.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management or project coordination.
  • Experience in delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, or software support.
  • Demonstrated team management skills with a successful track record in managing National Accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of software, networking, and systems development.
