About the position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or four years of experience.
  • Four years or more of relevant/applicable experience.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced planning, project management, change management, and process improvement skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to lead and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software and database applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related area.
  • In-depth knowledge of business development concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM product.
  • Knowledge of data and analytic tools, including Tableau.
