About the position

The New Hire Experience Program Manager will be responsible for owning and implementing enhancements for the program, processes, and digital experience of all global new hires from offer through onboarding. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining all existing enterprise-wide global New Hire Experience program deliverables, which aim to provide a consistent, scalable, and exceptional experience for all new hires at Gartner. The goal is to drive consistent new hire program execution across the organization. In this position, you will provide day-to-day product and program management, coordinating competing priorities, milestones, and interdependencies between various teams. You will create, build, and maintain all project management collateral, including project plans, shared drives, meeting cadences, leadership briefings, and operational proposals. Building and maintaining strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships is essential for effective daily partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, Business Process Owners across HR, HRIS, IT, and Finance. You will be responsible for agile management of priorities, balancing existing identified projects while proposing new projects and opportunities to enhance the new hire experience. Examples of existing projects include managing the global new hire orientation schedule and logistics, improving global offer letters, and enhancing Workday business processes. Monitoring new hire experience performance and identifying opportunities for improvement through metrics such as surveys, tickets, and touchpoints will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage ongoing enhancements and strategize actionable outcomes based on the new hire survey, working closely with the Associate Listening Team. You will handle issue escalation, providing guidance and directly addressing escalated issues. Researching and recommending best practices that drive efficiencies across people, processes, and technology will be key to your success in this role. Finally, you will develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with aspirational future states.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all existing enterprise-wide global New Hire Experience program deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day product/program management, coordinating competing priorities, milestones, and interdependencies between teams.
  • Create, build, and maintain all project management collateral including project plans, shared drives, meeting cadences, leadership briefings, and operational proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships for effective daily partnership with HR COE's, Business Process Owners across HR, HRIS, IT, and Finance.
  • Agile management of priorities, balancing existing identified projects and proposing new projects and opportunities to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Monitor new hire experience performance and identify and propose opportunities for improvement to leadership through metrics.
  • Manage the ongoing enhancements and strategize actionable outcomes of the new hire survey, working in close conjunction with the Associate Listening Team.
  • Manage issue escalation and provide guidance on escalated issues.
  • Research and recommend best practices that drive efficiencies across people, processes, and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Large-scale global program management experience at a large organization (>10,000 employees).
  • Experience with HR administration and general exposure and knowledge of various HR functions.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM preferred.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in PPT / Excel / Google Suite.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated ability to run reports and interpret/analyze data outputs.
