About the position

The New Hire Experience Program Manager is responsible for enhancing the onboarding experience for global new hires at Gartner. This role involves managing the New Hire Experience program from the offer stage through onboarding, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for all new hires. The manager will oversee program deliverables, coordinate priorities, and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective execution of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all existing enterprise-wide global New Hire Experience program deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day product/program management, coordinating competing priorities and milestones.
  • Create, build, and maintain project management collateral such as project plans and operational proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships with HR COEs, Business Process Owners, HRIS, IT, and Finance.
  • Agile management of priorities, balancing existing projects and proposing new opportunities.
  • Monitor new hire experience performance and propose improvements based on metrics.
  • Manage ongoing enhancements and strategize outcomes of the new hire survey in collaboration with the Associate Listening Team.
  • Handle issue escalation and provide guidance on escalated issues.
  • Research and recommend best practices to drive efficiencies across people, processes, and technology.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with future aspirations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Large-scale global program management experience at a large organization (> 10,000 employees).
  • Experience with HR administration and knowledge of various HR functions.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM preferred.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in PPT, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in running reports and interpreting data.

  • Experience in consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems.
