About the position

The Program Manager (Non Tech 2) role is a contract position focused on supporting marketing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams, manage support tickets, document platform needs, and develop training modules for marketing teams. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive support tickets to resolution by assessing, summarizing, and submitting new support tickets for marketers to engineering partners.
• Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to support tickets.
• Document platform expansion needs through Business Requirements Documentation, including desk research and articulating technical requirements.
• Develop and execute training modules for marketing teams on new features and functionalities.
• Maintain and track the team's progress and annual objectives, including gathering data and developing presentations to show progress.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• No degree required; previous experience and passion for tech are most important.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Significant experience supporting marketing technology platforms and working across engineering and marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with advertising platforms such as Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technical/business content writing.
