About the position

The Program Manager Non-Tech 2 role at Talent Software Services involves driving engagements with strategic customers to enhance Surface for Business device sales. This position requires collaboration with internal sales teams and stakeholders to optimize sales execution and customer satisfaction, while managing pipeline and territory effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business devices by engaging customers and collaborating with internal sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline and territory through business analysis and proactive customer engagement.
  • Engage with customers to drive Business device sales by identifying industry-aligned opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and qualify pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead conversations that foster cross-sell and up-sell, providing demos and facilitating solution delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with North America Account Teams.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate orders between customers and Customer Service & Support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing dissatisfaction proactively and optimizing service delivery.
  • Lead rhythm-of-business meetings for account review, maintaining end-to-end responsibility for territory management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of overall experience in the field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with pipeline management.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with relationship building.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with product knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience working with Enterprise and Education customers.
  • Ability to understand business requirements for large device deals.
  • Capability to manage the end-to-end Inbound Sales team business, including forecasting.
  • Experience demonstrating Surface devices or PCs to Commercial or Consumer customers.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Experience with CRM, Teams, Power BI.
