About the position

The Program Manager Non-Tech role at Kforce involves driving engagements with strategic customers to enhance Surface for Business device sales. The position focuses on managing regional digital stores for the Americas, with an emphasis on achieving sales targets across various business lines, including Microsoft 365, Surface, and Xbox. The role requires collaboration with customers and business partners to ensure customer success and effective sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Surface for Business sales execution for strategic customers.
  • Manage accounts for small to medium businesses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the customer service team.
  • Provide cross-engagement oversight and resource orchestration.
  • Conduct customer and internal meetings (40% of time).
  • Manage email communication (30% of time).
  • Oversee CRM management (15% of time).
  • Focus on strategy and planning (15% of time).

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of overall experience in the field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with pipeline management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with relationship building.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with product knowledge, ideally in Surface devices.
  • Experience in small to medium business sales and successes in building relationships with this segment.
