About the position

The Program Manager of Product and Change Management will support the implementation of the Product Operating Model within the Advanced Research team, specifically for the enterprise architecture team. This role involves leading working groups to assist the broader ECIO team in identifying products and developing product roadmaps. The position requires a blend of project management, program management, product management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Product Operating Model.
• Lead working groups to assist the ECIO team in identifying products.
• Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with architecture teams.
• Facilitate and plan PI and breakout sessions.
• Enhance and strengthen the business of architecture through improved processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Seasoned experience as a program/product manager.
• Change management experience, specifically in creating change management plans for tools like Clarity, JWM, and APPTIO.
• Experience working with Architecture teams including Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Governance Architecture, and IT Architecture.
• Experience with implementing and building out a product operating model.
• Experience in facilitating and planning PI and breakout sessions.
• Experience in creating product roadmaps.
• Experience working in a shared service environment.
