About the position

As a QTS People Services Program Manager for Office and Headcount Planning, you will oversee and manage various People Services programs within QTS, focusing on headcount planning processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring adequate location strategies and space availability as the company grows, while also leading project teams, monitoring budgets, and assessing program effectiveness to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage headcount planning processes across QTS.
• Develop processes to support the execution of the headcount planning process.
• Track, monitor, and strategize around current office space availability.
• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with QTS and People Services goals.
• Lead, influence, and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor and track budgets in partnership with leadership.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify risks and participate in resolution planning.
• Develop and maintain timelines for program delivery.
• Recommend and implement quality control measures and metrics to drive program standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on program progress and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Three or more years of program management experience.
• Experience presenting to senior level leadership.
• Experience in tracking budgets associated with programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
