About the position

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and managing large, complex programs to achieve specific business goals. This position requires overseeing the timely delivery of business value and efficient use of organizational resources while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage large, complex programs to achieve specific business goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of business value and efficient use of organizational resources.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Product Development, and other teams to execute and deliver programs.
• Monitor health of program delivery and track program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate resolution of program-level issues and manage executive-level escalations.
• Organize multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives.
• Develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships and communication across stakeholders.
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills to drive closure of complex delivery challenges.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager handling large complex programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior and executive management.
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes and software tools.
• Experience in Agile lifecycle management and managing complex development programs.
