Responsibilities

  • Work with internal/external customers to scope projects and create work plans.
  • Track progress against work schedules and budget burn rates.
  • Keep project plans up to date and publish results.
  • Create and present management reports on project outcomes and status.
  • Establish project quality requirements and adhere to execution methods.
  • Maintain all active project plans in MS Project or equivalent tools.
  • Help BD associates learn and adopt project management technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within predefined constraints.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to influence teams at all levels.
  • Collaborate with others to build effective working relationships and negotiate support.
  • Facilitate team dialogue to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiate conflict resolution when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in design transfer and integration required.
  • Applied experience with LEAN Six-Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project.

Nice-to-haves

  • Educational background in Engineering.
  • Process knowledge of manufacturing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in an FDA regulated environment.
