About The Position
The Program Manager for Leadership Effectiveness at Paylocity is responsible for designing and delivering programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and leaders, preparing them for future leadership roles or improving their current performance. This role involves collaborating with business and HR leaders to assess talent development needs and creating consistent learning experiences across the organization.
