About the position

The Program Manager for PCS Administration at Stormont-Vail HealthCare is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating nursing department activities to ensure high standards of patient care. This role involves process improvement, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and data analysis to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes. The Program Manager will provide clinical leadership, support department directors, and engage in quality management initiatives while adhering to the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate nursing department activities to maintain patient care standards.
• Engage in process improvement and Shared Governance council involvement.
• Facilitate education and maintain physician/provider relations.
• Optimize clinical applications for specific workflows.
• Aggregate and analyze department data to support quality and performance improvement.
• Coordinate patient care management across the continuum of care.
• Recommend changes in policies/procedures to assure quality of care.
• Provide outreach education to community groups as directed.
• Evaluate performance of care and treatment of patients.
• Analyze data and conduct process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with performance improvement and quality management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites including Visio.

• Experience with LEAN methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in clinical practice and team building.
• Ability to lead through influence in a complex system environment.
