About The Position
The Program Manager will oversee all projects within the assigned program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. This role involves close collaboration with North American functional leaders to link project scope and prioritization to their objectives, while maintaining communication across the organization regarding project goals, timelines, and status. The Program Manager will also guide and support project managers, actively participating in project initiation and closure.
