The Program Manager in the PMO at Molina Healthcare is responsible for overseeing process improvement, organizational change management, and project management initiatives. Responsibilities
- Focus on process improvement and organizational change management.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Estimate, schedule, cost, and plan project activities.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Establish processes, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Investigate and develop solutions for complex project problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 PM course required.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional formal training in project management preferred.
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
