About the position

The Program Manager at Smoothie King will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical cross-departmental projects that drive growth and innovation. This role is essential for coordinating efforts across multiple teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with brand objectives. The Program Manager will also develop and improve program management frameworks to enhance project management capabilities, contributing to the company's mission of inspiring healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and enhance project management frameworks and methodologies within Smoothie King.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scopes, goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and manage project scope changes, assessing their impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain data collection and reporting processes on program progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Provide regular project status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred, or demonstrated experience in managing complex projects effectively.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the food and beverage industry, retail, or franchised environments.
  • Proven success in owning and managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
