About the position

The Program Manager, Population Health Insights at Dignity Health MSO is responsible for overseeing a grant portfolio focused on screening and treatment initiatives for Hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis. This remote position involves program planning, management, and providing technical assistance to facilities while expanding screening and treatment initiatives. The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building, aiming to drive improvements in health equity and social justice related to these conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program planning and management of a grant portfolio focused on Hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis screening and treatment.
• Provide technical assistance to individual facilities to support screening and treatment initiatives.
• Engage in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to enhance program effectiveness.
• Drive capacity-building initiatives related to population health insights.
• Collaborate with markets to identify opportunities for value-based agreements to improve screening and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health or a related major and 5-7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in opt-out blood-borne disease screening programs or similar initiatives.
• Knowledge of EMR, lab, and workflow components of Hepatitis C screening programs.
• Proven experience in capacity building and technical assistance.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and engagement.
