About the position

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the execution of global pricing initiatives across PayPal.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities across various stakeholder teams.
• Translate requirements into clear project plans and ensure projects are on-track.
• Provide consultative guidance on best practices for pricing implementation.
• Own the fee page update process, managing timelines for development and launch.
• Lead planning and prioritization meetings, identifying dependencies and minimizing risks.
• Maintain documentation on pricing-related issues and support remediation efforts.
• Establish project health reporting metrics and communicate project status.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management within Finance, Pricing, Product, or related fields.
• Ability to simplify complex pricing projects into understandable steps.
• Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a fundamental understanding of business KPIs and metrics.
• Highly skilled in project management tracking and organization.
