About the position

The Program Manager for the PRISM (Prevention Research, Implementation Science, and Measurement) program at Oklahoma State University will oversee the daily operations of the PRISM Hub project. This role involves supervising the PRISM Data Analyst, leading data collection and reporting, and ensuring compliance with reporting and grant requirements. The Program Manager will work both independently and as part of a team, developing policies and procedures to support organizational goals while maintaining accurate records and timely submissions of reports.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the day-to-day operation of the PRISM Hub project.
  • Supervise the PRISM Data Analyst.
  • Lead data collection and reporting for the PRISM Program in Payne County.
  • Serve as the lead contact for all PRISM Data Dashboard contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all PRISM reporting and grant requirements are met.
  • Develop and confirm policies and procedures for the program.
  • Support organizational commitments and goals, completing tasks within established budgets and schedules.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current records.
  • Submit all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Occasionally work evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Business Analytics or related field.
  • Four years of experience in data, programming, and software skills.
  • Knowledge of public health environmental prevention strategies, program evaluation, and grant writing.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within service areas.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, community members, and other partners.
  • Knowledge of the Strategic Prevention Framework model.
  • Skills in management, report writing, and oral and written communication.
  • Data collection and interpretation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to assist in the completion and submission of grant applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Business Analytics or related field.
