The Program Manager for Product Localization Management (PLM) is a key member of the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) team within Americas Operations. This role focuses on executing localized requirements for Latin America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid background in PLM systems, and experience in managing product configuration and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage a portfolio of localized product configuration Bills of Material (BOMs) for AMR.
  • Influence cross-functional resources to meet product launch deadlines.
  • Execute compliance projects to ensure adherence to shipping requirements for Latin America.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Regulatory Compliance, NPI Launch Readiness, and Product Marketing to deliver solutions.
  • Drive AMR Product Localization and SKU Optimization strategy in collaboration with global teams.
  • Support the Product Launch Readiness team on go-to-market strategy planning and execution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive best practices globally and strengthen integration harmony.
  • Develop and utilize analytical models to evaluate complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Solid working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Experience in program and/or project management with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
  • Confidence in managing ambiguity and working in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in business process re-engineering with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Latin American regulatory compliance for product safety and wireless technology.
  • Experience in supply chain, business, finance, economics, marketing, engineering, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in driving large scale, multi-year capital project roadmaps.
