About the position

The Program Manager at re:Cycle Reverse Logistics will oversee and coordinate the development and expansion of the reverse logistics program, specifically focusing on the processing of datacenter hardware. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder objectives. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal technical teams and external service providers to drive performance management and cost efficiencies, while also developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting monthly business reviews to track progress.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource efficiency measurements.
  • Work on a diverse project portfolio supporting hardware processing, sustainability, recovery initiatives, and strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Commercials, Customer, Environmental, and Finance leadership.
  • Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and risks, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate global monthly business reviews with associated metrics and narrative, including document writing and presentations to influence necessary business actions.
  • Partner with reporting teams to develop new reporting and metrics to monitor efficiencies and SLA commitments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
