About the position

The Regulated M365 Leader at GE Hitachi is responsible for the organizational, financial, and strategic technical leadership of the Digital Workplace M365-GCC High products. This role involves building a high-performing team focused on the enhancement, deployment, and operational support of regulated M365 products, ensuring compliance with governance standards and business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Define the future vision and roadmap for GE Hitachi's regulated Microsoft M365 capabilities.
  • Lead all aspects of current and future GE Hitachi Digital Workplace Microsoft M365 Tools and related products.
  • Maintain a strong network with peers in productivity and collaboration tools, managing risk and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with Vernova HQ and business units to meet their regulated M365 requirements.
  • Build and develop a world-class team across regulated M365, ensuring required skills are present.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering and architecture teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into defined roadmaps and action plans.
  • Act as a strategist for productivity best practices and operating principles.
  • Lead roadmap definition, technical architecture, and work-planning activities with stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality results by leveraging automation and monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or STEM Majors.
  • 5 years of experience in the digital workplace domain and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • 10 years of experience in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong experience in Microsoft M365, Digital Technology & Application Operations.
  • Knowledge of DOC, DOE, and DOD cybersecurity and export control regulations.
  • Knowledge of NIST-800-171, FedRamp, and CMMC.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience implementing relevant technologies using automation and DevOps concepts.
