About the position

The Program Manager at Molina Healthcare is responsible for overseeing internal business projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products from design to completion. This role involves planning and directing project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress, and engaging with external vendors as necessary. The Program Manager will focus on process improvement and organizational change management while serving as a subject matter expert in their functional area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business teams to deliver projects and programs.
• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor projects from inception through delivery.
• Engage and oversee external vendors as needed.
• Focus on process improvement and organizational change management.
• Lead and manage teams in executing business programs.
• Communicate with customers to transform needs into functional requirements.
• Create business requirements documents and related documentation.
• Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Operational Process Improvement experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with different levels of leadership across the organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Managed Care experience.
• Experience working in a cross-functional highly matrixed organization.
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework.
